Our team picks up speed as we are well into our course and have a much clearer vision of where we need to go.
During this meeting our CoP met with our instructor to discuss possibilities for the SCC Conference. Then, we put together a projected outline and began to work to arrange our guests.

We are just facilitating this → put them in breakout rooms
Have one person from CoP in each breakout room
Ensure flow is there
If conversation stagnates, you are there to prompt a question and keep the convo going
Give one case study, ask them to discuss OR give different case studies
